 Regarding your newsletter, I found it very very interesting and have learnt some new things especially about claimable and non-claimable medical expenses.  I didn’t know that anyone could claim for some of them and jointly held shares were an eye opener as well, I really love the newsletters we get every month, it just shows how both Adrian and Anita really CARE about their clients, it’s wonderful to see.  There are very few accountants out there that put their clients first, instead of the taxation department.

 It is usually difficult to judge the performance and abilities of an accountancy firm, by anything other than a referral and simply trying out.  This is pretty much how I got to become a client of Superior Tax Solutions (STS).  I heard some great feedback about them initially and was referred to Superior Tax Solutions in regards to some complex issues on our property portfolio, involving company and trust structures.  Having met Adrian and Anita at a meeting of investors I was immediately impressed by the breadth of their knowledge.  In my view, there are very few “ really switched on accountancy firms “ that provide the whole gambit of support and fully understand the interrelation and cross benefits in subjects such as:

 But the best part was yet to come.  Adrian has the ability to explain protracted taxation issues and break them down into “”bite size chunks” that are not only easily understood but also can be transformed into action immediately.  The tax planning sessions have led to my vastly improved knowledge of taxation issues and the continuing support in tax minimisation for both our business and also our private returns, has just simply been second to none.  I have not had such a great resource at my disposal yet in my whole time in business, so this is not only refreshing to know that I have a “ running buddy “, but as always, the results are what counts.  And this is where STS really comes to the fore.

 We have literally saved thousands of dollars due to the tremendous advice and support received by STS.  Our returns have never been so detailed, easy to understand and so “optimised”…. I guess the best way to summarise STS performance is simply by stating that in over 20 years STS is easily the best Accountancy firm that I have met and believe me I have had to try a few!

 I first got in contact with STS after they were recommended to me by a mentor.  I didn’t think it was possible to hire an accountant that would bend over backwards to help me get every last cent I was entitled to from the tax office.

 But after my first tax return, I was astonished about how large my return was and thought there must be some mistake.  Up until that stage, I was lucky if I could afford a bottle of wine with the returns I’d been receiving and now, not only could I afford a bottle wine but I could afford it overlooking my favourite beach in Queensland!

 It’s all true and best of all…legal!  

In 2006, I convinced my father to drop his accountant of 30 years and give STS a try..  At first he baulked at the hourly rates charged, as they were more than double that of our old accountant, but he ended up paying about the same fees and guess what? He got a very healthy return too.  

 Not only was the taxation aspect rewarding, STS also helped us set up a great asset protection strategy with our investments and now we can sleep soundly knowing our assets are safe from greedy litigants and their hungry lawyers.

 Needless to say, moving to STS was the best move we have done and we have no hesitation in recommending STS to any prospective clients.  Nothing is  too much trouble for them, and they leave no stone unturned in putting together a great return for us.  Instead of tax time being a stressful time of year, for us this experience has actually been pleasurable and we now look forward to it!  Thanks STS, you’re simply the best!
