Process for preparing your tax return

Once you have completed our Superior Tax Solutions questionnaire and provided you have met our STS Criteria we will forward you an engagement letter. Upon receipt of the signed engagement letter we will become apart of your wealth creation team.

We will advise you that in our client only website that the spreadsheets are available for collection for this year. Here there are a lot of forms that help you to prepare necessary documents to help bullet proof you from an audit from the tax office. They also remind you and make sure you don’t miss any tax deductions that you may be entitled to.

We make it as easy and painless as possible that annual task that everyone loves to hate.

We make it a time to reflect and look at what you have achieved and set some new goals for next year.

You then send us your completed documents by email, fax or mail.

We then acknowledge receipt of them.

We will then email you to ask whether you are ready for us to commence your job, we do this to ensure that you will be in position to answer any of our questions and aren’t about to go on holidays and not in a position to do so.

We will email you any queries that arise whilst preparing your job.

When your job is completed we will email out a draft for you to review and approve.

Upon your approval we will email out the final copies which we require you to sign and email, fax or send back to us.

Once we have received your signed documents and payment we will electronically lodge your tax return with the tax office.

When we receive your assessment we will check it and forward it on to you.

Now the process is complete so you hear nothing from your accountant – no not us

You receive FREE regular newsletters on topics of interest to our clients – if you have a suggestion please forward it to us.

You also receive regular FREE teleconferences through out the year which allows you to get general questions answered for free.
