Superior Tax Solutions (Adrian and Anita Hill) are one of only a few accountants talking the talk and walking the walk on the wealth-creation trail. A CPA accountant with 20 years’ experience, Adrian is constantly surprised by the amount of hard-earned money that people don’t claim back from the tax office.

Our personal wealth-creation journey began in 2000 when we started reading books and then attending seminars on subjects that included rental properties as well as share and option trading. We bought our first rental property in 2001 and have continued to buy property every year since then. We have traded shares and options over the years and in 2008 have undertaken a couple of subdivisions.

Our mission is to “minimise tax and maximise asset protection”. We also strongly believe “the taxman should work as hard as you do”. It has been our own experience that if you don’t have a rental property or believe in asset protection, then you don’t know the magic that can be achieved. Through learning tricks of the trade, you can legally use the tax laws to your advantage.

In this highly litigated world in which we live, we can set you up so that you are able to make money, control everything and still be personally worth nothing “on paper”. We are extremely passionate about properties, taxation reduction strategies and protection of your hard-earned assets.
